Hypnosis is a heightened state of focus. While in Hypnosis, you will focus on a specific thought, memory, or feeling while blocking all other distractions. You are more open to suggestions, less critical and deeply relaxed. While in the Hypnotic state, you can set aside those limiting beliefs that keep you from living a happy and fulfilling life. You can think of me, your Hypnotist, as the tour guide of your subconscious mind!
